Rental questions
What do I need for self-drive?
A valid driving licence (Nepali, or international permit for visitors) and a refundable deposit. You must be 21+.
Is fuel included?
Self-drive: no — full-to-full policy. With-driver: fuel for the agreed route is included.
Can I cross district borders?
Yes. Mountain and restricted zones need a route clearance which we arrange for you.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Call the 24/7 line — we send roadside help or a replacement vehicle, typically within 2-4 hours.
Do you rent to international visitors?
Yes, and we're the most common choice for RE Himalayan riders. We'll walk you through permit and licence rules.
